Traffic Control Technician (Flagger)
Absolute Traffic Control is hiring dependable, safety-focused Traffic Control Technicians and Flaggers for part-time, on-call roadway and construction projects. Strong opportunity to grow into full-time based on performance and workload.
Roles and Responsibilities
Set up and remove cones, barricades, and signage
Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely
Follow Traffic Control Plans (TCPs)
Maintain safe work zones
Represent the company professionally
Preferred Qualifications:
- ATSSA Flagger Certification
- OSHA 10
- Traffic Control Experience
Required Qualifications:
- Valid CA Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors and stand for long periods
- Punctual, dependable, and safety-oriented
- Available for early morning starts
Compensation and Benefits
- $20-$25 Part-Time / On-Call (Potential for Full-Time).
- Certification and training support.
